A late autumn calling
I love it when the autumn mists come calling and evening light brushes the color-tinted hills! Every day is another moment of artistry, October to November... and then we have Advent! Perhaps it is no surprise that autumn is my favorite season and Christmas my favorite holiday, lol... Enjoy the beauty, and smile with me today!

Beautiful!
... In Hindi that means Sundar :)
Thanks, Liz!
And also for the Hindi lesson, lol
:-)
David loves your photography of Pennsylvania. It is no wonder. Sometimes he'll call me to the computer and ask if an area looks familiar. It all does--although I cannot be specific. In a few short years, I will have been gone from PA longer than I lived there but part of me will always be a Pennsylvania gal. Thanks for sharing such beautiful pictures and bringing "home" to us. :)

Amy
Thank you so much, Amy! It does me good to hear how the blog touches others... and it's really neat to see how something that ministers to me often touches a chord in someone else. Good stuff!
Although, my photography of PA will soon be limited... I'm moving to FL soon -- I've accepted a call to a church in Okeechobee. It's a God thing, so all good too... except that I won't be able to capture scenery around here as much! So David might be bummed out a little, lol... but I'll put up scenes of FL instead.
Also, I know what you mean about that little part always remaining connected to PA! And that's not a bad thing, imo!
Anyway, thanks again for the shout out and have a great day!
Loy
p.s. do you guys have a blog, btw?
Congratulations on your upcoming move to Florida! My sister and I flew to Florida last weekend and enjoyed beautiful weather and a lot of reminiscing for me. We spent part of a day at Hobe Sound–so much of the area has changed and yet remained familiar even though I haven’t been on the east coast of Florida since 1994.
David and I do have a blog but not jointly. I blog at
http://amy-claudine.blogspot.com/ but admittedly, David is the better writer. He does visit mine on occasion and “clean” it up grammatically! :-) I appreciate it unless he changes my “voice” then I balk a bit. Technically David has a blog too at
http://360.yahoo.com/docdgb but he is so busy since our move to Georgia that he doesn’t update as often as he’d like. He feels guilty doing pleasurable writing if he doesn’t have his papers all graded…which is perpetual…
I pray that God will bless you as you embark on a new journey. We’ll be looking for postings of beautiful picturesque Florida. Happy Thanksgiving!
Thank you so much for your prayers and wishes, Amy! And a Happy Thanksgiving to you and David, also!
I really do appreciate prayers... I'm tackling a new assignment with different challenges -- full of beauty and meaning, but also challenging... and needful of prayer!
I'll put your blogs on my blogroll and keep in touch more that way, hopefully... I really understand about the "never done paperwork" part, btw. :-)
Anyway, thanks again Amy, and have a great Thanksgiving week!
in Christ,
Loy
