Here's a neat snapshot of Old Florida, with trees in their natural state, very close to what you might have seen a hundred years ago, if you crossed south-central Florida on horseback in December... enjoy!

Check out that coral snake! Right there at the bottom of that "Old Florida tree"!! Whew, I'm glad you didn't get any closer!!!
lol, well your computer must be able to get a close-up view that mine can't get! Not that there would be a snake somewhere in that frame, truth be told, lol...
God has given you a gift to be able to see His beauty and for you to be able to share it with the rest of us through your pics. I always enjoy your photos.
Hey Loy- it's been a few weeks since I've checked out your blog. I didn't realize you're in Florida now! I'm in your general area twice a year (well... Orlando.. I think still a few hours away). Maybe one of these times we can meet up for coffee/tea/lunch and discuss Kierkegaard, Dostoevsky or just worship our Lord with our fellowship.
That would be great... please email me when you'll be in the area, ok? Perhaps we can do damage to the great traditions of theology and philosophy while doing damage to good Florida food, lol.
