A scene from a glorious walk

I often leave my camera when I'm on a nature walk, simply because a camera can sometimes steal the glory of a moment... but on this walk, I'm glad the camera was along, lol. Enjoy!

Awesome capture of one of God's best paintings, bro! I'm sure glad you didn't leave your camera behind on this one. I wrote a poem in honor of your photography, and have included it below. You can also see it on my website. I love you man!

God Paints the Sky

God paints the sky;
Luminous colors and whimsical clouds
Textured together to beautify
Our days…
Let us praise
The One who paints the sky!

God paints the sky;
Reflective moisture and ethereal winds
Blended together to signify
His ways…
Let us praise
The One who paints the sky!

God paints the sky;
Translucent darkness and omniscient light
Woven together to glorify
Our gaze…
Let us praise
The One who paints the sky!

AP,

I am so humbled by your poetry! If the essence of that photo can call forth such beauty from your soul, then it is worthy work indeed!

Thank you so much! Beautiful, heartfelt, mystical poetry! Methinks a George Herbert has been raised up for this generation! :-)

Wonderful, good stuff...
